In this position...
Ford Credit is seeking a Group Product Manager for the Billing, Invoicing, and Statements Platform to lead the product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery for the critical billing and statements workstream, which is a cornerstone of our enterprise lending transformation and modernization program.
The platform supports customer-facing and operational billing capabilities for Ford Credit and Ford Pro across online, print, and other critical servicing channels.
This role is a Group Product Manager / LL6-level role, requiring enterprise-level ownership across multiple high-priority strategic programs, including the modernization of our core auto-lending platforms and the enablement of advanced commercial fleet invoicing. The Group Product Manager will operate with a high degree of autonomy, lead complex stakeholder alignment, influence core architectural and design decisions across engineering teams, and represent the Billing and Statements product organization in senior-level steering committees and executive forums.
The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise platform product management experience, deep billing or financial services domain knowledge, technical fluency with microservices and data pipelines, and a proven ability to lead complex, highly regulated initiatives. This person must balance a seamless customer presentation and paperless experience with strict regulatory and compliance controls, engineering feasibility, and platform reuse.
