Where the proof comes from.
iRocket is the front door — it scores your real work and matches you to roles. ELITE is the verification engine behind it: our sister platform, built by the same team, that turns that work into a credential employers trust — independently checked and cryptographically signed. Same skills. One standard.
Turn your self-scored result into a credential employers trust. Set a job alert and we'll tell you the day verification is live.
iRocket matches. ELITE proves.
Two products with one job between them. iRocket pulls the right roles into one focused board, scores your real work, and matches you on capability today. ELITE is a separate engine whose only job is to turn that same work into a cryptographically-verified credential — verification isn't a label we bolted on, it's a whole platform, and ELITE is it.
Your work
A repo, a shipped project, what you can actually do.
iRocket score
Self-scored · goldELITE verified
Verified · greenThe whole relationship in one line. Green appears only at the far right — only once ELITE has checked it.
iRocket Careers — the front door
Finds you roles, scores your work, matches you on what you can do.
ELITE — the verification engine
Turns that same work into proof an employer can trust without re-interviewing you for it.
One shared standard
Both run on the exact same skill definitions, so “React L4” means the same thing on both sides.
Checked, not claimed.
A self-report is you grading your own work. Verified proof is different in three specific ways — and the difference is the whole reason an employer trusts it without putting you through five rounds.
- 01
Independently assessed
ELITE checks your skills directly. It isn't your word about yourself graded back to you — it's an outside read of what you can actually do.
- 02
Deterministic and shown
Skills are measured against a rubric you can read — the same work in means the same result out. No opaque model's hunch, no “it felt like a 7 today.” You can see exactly why it landed where it did.
- 03
Cryptographically signed
The credential carries proof anyone you share it with can verify — and can't quietly fake or inflate. Gartner projects 1 in 4 candidate profiles will be fake by 2028. A signed credential is the antibody.
A self-report asks people to take your word. A verified credential doesn't ask — it proves.
Your proof rides its own rail.
Most “verified skills” today are one of two broken things. Either an assessment an employer trusts but you don't own and can't take with you — it lives on someone else's platform. Or a badge you own but no employer actually trusts. Neither is proof you can carry.
ELITE is built to be both at once: proof you hold and employers trust — and it moves. We call it the Proof Rail. Verify a skill once, and the credential is yours to carry — onto any application, into an employer's own hiring system, beyond iRocket entirely. You don't re-prove yourself from scratch every time.
Yours to keep
The credential belongs to you — not to us, and not to any one employer.
Portable by design
Built to travel into other systems — an ATS, another board — not to lock you inside iRocket.
Trusted on arrival
Signed and verifiable, so it carries weight wherever you take it — not just here.
Why no one built this: Everyone says they want skills-based hiring — 85% of employers — but only about 1 in 700 hires actually changed. Saying “verified” is easy; building proof that's portable and trusted is the plumbing nearly everyone skipped. That plumbing is the Proof Rail — and it's what our team builds for a living.

From a gold chip to a green badge.
Your free Skills Snapshot gives you a score you assign yourself — a real, useful signal that matches you to jobs. It wears a gold chip, and it says exactly what it is: self-scored. Get it verified through ELITE and it becomes the one thing a self-report can't be — a credential with the sage-green Verified badge. Same skills. The green just means someone independent checked.
Green means verified by ELITE — and nothing else wears it. If a self-scored number could wear the green badge, “matched on proof” would mean nothing. So it doesn't.

Self-scored stays gold. Only ELITE-verified wears the green badge.
Live board. Verification coming.
Straight about where we are: the board is live now — search real entry-level and senior roles, free. The Skills Snapshot and Get Verified with ELITE land in Phase 1, built as a real engine so the green badge means something the day it ships.
Get scored. Then get proven.
iRocket matches you on proof. ELITE is where that proof gets made — checked, signed, and yours to carry anywhere.
