> iRocket Careers is a verified-skills job board — candidates are matched on proof of skill, not a résumé and not a chat. It focuses on the two ends where the résumé fails worst: new-grad / entry-level tech and senior (10+ year) tech operators. A Just Badge Worldwide venture and sister to ELITE, the skills-verification engine.

## What it is
- A focused U.S. tech job board aggregating entry-level and senior roles from Jooble, Careerjet, USAJobs, and The Muse — deduplicated and filtered to the two ends. You apply at the source; iRocket does not host the application.
- Phase 1 (coming): a free Skills Snapshot that scores your real work (deterministic, explainable), matches you to roles on capability, and — via ELITE — turns a self-score into a verified credential. Self-scored results are "gold" (self-assessed); only ELITE-verified skills carry the green Verified badge.

## For candidates
- New grads: proof of skill beats a GPA and a keyword-matched résumé. Find entry-level tech roles that don't demand years of experience.
- Senior operators: be found on what you've built, not re-interviewed on it. Signal over noise.
