We're looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own the path from paid click to paying self-serve customer. This is a hands-on, product-led growth and conversion role: you'll run the testing program across our pricing, landing, and sign-up pages, own our Google Ads performance as a primary acquisition channel, and dig into where prospective customers are dropping off between sign-up and first payment.
You'll report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with Product and Design.
Website conversion testing. Design, launch, and read the results of a structured, repeatable testing program across pricing, landing, and sign-up pages. You'll partner with a contractor or designer for the Webflow build work itself, but you own the test roadmap, hypotheses, and results.
Paid search performance. Own Google Ads results in partnership with our agency. You'll be judged on cost-per-signup and cost-per-paid-subscription, not on clicks or impressions.
Self-serve funnel diagnosis. Find where the gap is between signup and first payment, understand why prospective customers stall there, and design and run the tests that close it.
Tracking and reporting hygiene. Keep our GA4 and GTM implementation clean and trustworthy, and maintain the dashboards that give the team real visibility into signup-to-paid performance.
Ad and page copywriting. Write and iterate on the copy that goes into paid ads and the pages they land on. This is a role where you write the copy yourself rather than briefing it out.
5 to 8 years of growth or performance marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company with a real self-serve signup motion, gained in-house rather than purely on the agency side.
Hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns yourself, not just reviewing an agency's work.
A real testing track record: campaigns and page tests you've actually run, with results you can speak to in detail.
Fluency in GA4 and GTM, plus a product analytics tool such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
Strong ad and landing page copywriting skills.
Comfort working in Webflow or a similar CMS, or directing a contractor or designer who handles the build.
Experience with a self-serve funnel that's partly fed by sales, where some leads convert through a hybrid motion rather than a purely self-serve one.
Experience designing or running pricing and packaging tests.
SQL and Metabase (or a similar BI tool) fluency for pulling your own data.
