The Role

At Doppel, we focus on building a culture where people feel respected, supported, and trusted to do meaningful work. We value clarity, collaboration, and solving real problems for our customers and teammates.

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing end to end for one of Doppel's solution lines: human risk management solution that empowers customers to fight back against social engineering attacks. In this position, you will craft core messaging, technical positioning, competitive intelligence, and demo and media assets that enable the field and drive go-to-market (GTM) adoption; maintain solution and buyer-persona guides as the solution line evolves; translate sophisticated detection and disruption capabilities into technical briefs, demos, and enablement content; run an always-on competitive intelligence program that feeds product roadmap and GTM; lead launches and ongoing GTM execution; and equip sales, customer success, and partners with playbooks, demo media, objection handling, and ROI materials to accelerate deals and adoption.

What You Will Do

Solution Leadership & Messaging

Own the end-to-end messaging and positioning for the HRM solution line, anchored on the solutions core capabilities across simulation, training, and risk modeling.

Maintain up-to-date solution guides and own messaging for the solution's core use cases and buyer personas as the line evolves across customer segments.

Technical Product Marketing & Demo Capability Translate sophisticated AI-driven detection, investigation, and disruption capabilities into clear technical and business narratives for both technical and business buyers.

Produce and maintain technical briefs, demo media, scripted demo flows, videos, screenshots, technical datasheets, and "how it works" collateral to support sales engineering and product demonstrations.

Competitive Intelligence & Battlecards

Run always-on competitive intelligence program across the human risk management landscape: maintain battlecards, feature matrices, objection handling playbooks, and differentiation frameworks for the field.

Feed competitor and win/loss insights into product roadmap and GTM.

Go-to-Market & Launch Leadership

Lead GTM strategy for launches and major product initiatives across the solution line's phased rollout. Drive cross-functional launch execution with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Security Operations, and Marketing.

Ensure assets are published to internal enablement tools and the website.

Sales & Field Enablement

Equip sales, customer success, partner, and field teams with enablement playbooks, demos, objection handling, ROI materials, and customer stories to accelerate deals and shorten time to value.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years product marketing experience, with significant time focused on threat intelligence, or adjacent cybersecurity domains (B2B).

Comfort working in a fast moving, high growth environment.

A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solving.

Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills; comfortable briefing analysts and presenting to technical audiences.

Strong analytical skills and experience translating market and product data into actionable positioning and GTM recommendations.

Proven experience owning solutions and technical narratives and delivering technical marketing artifacts (demo scripts, technical datasheets, videos, demos).

Demonstrated success building and running competitive intelligence programs (battlecards, objection handling, differentiation frameworks).

Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing; proven project leadership that drives outcomes.

Comfort marketing an evolving solution line where positioning develops across releases and customer segments.

(Plus) Experience marketing into highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government) and creating verticalized content, compliance and assurance proof points, and procurement support.

(Plus) Experience managing analyst relationships (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) for product evaluations and briefings.
