Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a motivated, high-agency, results-driven Business Development Representative to support and accelerate our Commercial Growth team. Operating at the convergence of technology and national security, you will be responsible for generating a qualified pipeline that fuels our Account Executive team's growth engine.
You will drive outbound prospecting efforts against an aligned book of business, ensuring a consistent, high-quality flow of opportunities into the sales pipeline. We need a self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, making immediate impact with minimal ramp time, and thriving under demanding, high-growth conditions.
As a key partner to the Business Development Manager and Account Executive teams, you will serve as the front line of 2F's growth strategy, functioning as the engine that powers our commercial expansion.

Uncover prospective customer goals and challenges, aligning them to the problem Game Warden solves.
Collaborate closely with aligned Account Executives and cross-departmental teams to drive unified account strategy.
Refine processes continually based on self-evaluation and managerial feedback.
Sharpen product, industry, and sales knowledge on an ongoing basis to stay ahead of a fast-evolving market.
Exceed sales performance benchmarks through disciplined execution against daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.
Articulate how Game Warden accelerates DoD Impact Level and FedRAMP accreditation/certification timelines, tailoring the message for both technical buyers (engineering, security) and executive decision-makers.
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date forecast in the CRM, communicating deal status and risk clearly to sales leadership.
Partner with marketing and business development to convert campaigns and warm intros into qualified, sales-ready pipelines.
1+ years of experience as a top performing BDR/SDR, Account Executive, or similar sales role A self starter who can work independently and as part of a team Experience with sales tools including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and GovSignals Experience supporting a book of business for multiple Account Executives Excellent communication, written, and active listening skills Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment Team oriented, coachable, collaborative, proactive, accountable, and disciplined Proficiency with cold messaging and calling Have a strong passion in matters of national security Bonus: Experience selling into the Federal Market Bonus: Experience selling a compliance/accreditation solution to commercial organizations The base salary for this position will fall between $70,000-80,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $90,000-$100,000 including uncapped commission.
Your ultimate compensation will be determined by professional background, technical proficiency, seniority, and regional cost factors. Furthermore, this opportunity includes potential eligibility for equity awards and discretionary bonuses, rounding out a comprehensive total rewards offering.
