Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in Downingtown, PA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and motivating a high-performing team. Must have 5 years Stellantis experience.

This leadership role offers a competitive annual compensation of $200,000, and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a respected and growing automotive group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years experience as a Sales Director in a Stellantis dealership, or in a similar senior sales leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire our 30 man sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
