Senior Project Coordinator with 6+ years of experience to join our team!

The Senior Project Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Director,

Management Team, as well as across various project teams.

Common and Baseline Responsibilities

  • Serving as a resource to the team and right-hand person to Operations and

Project Managers for organization, knowledge, and protocols.

  • Oversee team to ensure deadlines are met for operations initiatives and

across projects

  • Managing project data through new processes and/or in firmwide databases
  • Supporting local implementation of corporate initiatives, as required
  • Organize Project Coordinator team, delegate tasks and duties and overseeing

that deadlines are met, improve team efficiency, act as problem solver

  • Support Project Coordinators in terms of training and development
  • Connect with Project Managers on need for Project Coordinator support
  • Coordinate with consultants for timely invoicing.
  • Prepare and assemble documentation to be issued to other parties, such as

contracts, insurance requirements

  • Assist Design Management team with data entry and file management.
  • Update and manage various logs related to project work and operations work
  • Coordinate workflow in between manager and the rest of the team.
  • Update and follow up delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting to ensure accurate information flow

and contract invoicing.

  • Write effective meeting minutes.
  • Creation of new templates in order to facilitate more efficient processes
  • Master Project Tracking for status, invoicing and scheduling
  • Performing support and/or administrative tasks, as required
  • Other duties as assigned by project manager.

Licensure/Certifications/Education

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's in business, management, communications, architecture, or related

field is desired
