Required Skills

10+ years of Product/Project Management experience.

Strong experience in CRM Product Management.

Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Cloud, or Adobe CRM solutions.

Experience gathering business requirements, defining product roadmaps, and managing product backlogs.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end CRM product strategy and delivery.

Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.

Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and QA teams.

Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.

Ensure successful implementation and integration of Adobe CRM solutions.

Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Provide regular updates to business stakeholders and leadership.

Mandatory Requirements

Visa: USC / GC Only

Strong experience with Adobe CRM / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is highly preferred.
