Role Overview
This position is for a proactive business development professional focused on acquiring new client partnerships within staffing and consulting services.
You will own your sales pipeline, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new accounts across enterprise, mid-market, and MSP/VMS environments.
Key responsibilities include prospecting through outreach, building relationships with decision-makers, presenting tailored staffing solutions, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting existing account expansion.
Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of staffing industry experience, proven new business generation skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Preferred qualifications include recruiting background, industry contacts, and ATS/CRM familiarity.
