The Client Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving engagement, awareness, and utilization of Bright Horizons services across a portfolio of valued client accounts. This strategic marketing leader partners closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing programs that support client goals, enhance the employee experience, and deliver measurable business results.

Primary Purpose

The Client Marketing Manager (CMM) leads the development and execution of strategic client marketing programs for a defined portfolio of accounts across all lines of business. In partnership with Client Relations, this role drives measurable growth in awareness, registration, and utilization of Bright Horizons services through client communication channels.

This role leverages strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven insights to influence client outcomes, optimize marketing performance, and contribute to client retention and revenue growth.

​​Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for a portfolio of client accounts, driving awareness, engagement, and utilization of Bright Horizons services.

Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to assess business needs, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven marketing recommendations that influence client strategy and outcomes.

Executes multi-channel marketing initiatives (e.g., launches, transitions, campaigns), ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Analyze marketing performance, synthesize insights, and make recommendations to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.

Act as a subject matter expert in client marketing, advising on best practices, communication strategies, and engagement approaches.

Work with cross-functional partners (Creative, Channel, Client Relations) to align on priorities, messaging, and execution strategies.

Manage day-to-day project tasks, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and marketing practices to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements – Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field - Required 5 years of experience in Marketing or related field - Required Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction - Preferred

Strong organizational skills required. Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $72,000 – $93,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
