The Role

Braincube is looking for a Director of Product Marketing reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer to lead our product marketing function. This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive leadership to strengthen our positioning, bring new capabilities to market, and enable revenue growth.

We're looking for a strategic thinker who enjoys building. You'll help refine Braincube's market narrative, develop compelling messaging, launch new products and capabilities, and equip our commercial teams with the tools they need to win in complex enterprise sales cycles.

What you'll do

Partner with Product, Sales, and executive leadership to refine Braincube's positioning and messaging across products, industries, and buyer personas.

Develop compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and content that clearly communicate Braincube's business value.

Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, major releases, and strategic initiatives.

Work closely with sales enablement to create materials including presentations, battlecards, competitive positioning, customer success stories, ROI messaging, and industry-specific content.

Conduct competitive research and market analysis to strengthen differentiation and identify market opportunities.

Develop customer-facing content including thought leadership, website messaging, solution briefs, webinars, and presentations.

Partner with Sales to improve messaging throughout the customer buying journey and support enterprise sales opportunities.

Support industry analyst engagement and market awareness initiatives in partnership with executive leadership.

Collaborate with Product Management to incorporate market insights and customer feedback into product positioning and future roadmap discussions.

Help establish best practices for product marketing as the company continues to grow.

Required Qualifications

7–10 years of Product Marketing experience in industrial software, manufacturing technology, Industrial AI, enterprise SaaS, or related B2B technology markets.

Bachelor's degree required.

Demonstrated experience developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for enterprise software solutions.

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, industrial buyers, OT/IT environments, or digital transformation initiatives.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling business value.

Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and enjoys building new capabilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in industrial analytics, manufacturing software, AI/ML, IIoT, MES, process optimization, or industrial automation.

Experience supporting industry analyst engagements.

Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company.

Familiarity with enterprise manufacturing sales processes and multi-stakeholder buying environments.

Compensation

$160,000 - $180,000
