Join Revive Media to help advertisers across the country scale their localized Connected TV advertising. Our business is growing rapidly and we’re in the midst of transforming from a services agency to a product-led business with our new native platform, Convoy. The platform is live with external partners and we're expanding its reach
We are a small, remote-first team of high-performing professionals with diverse backgrounds located across many time zones, including North America, Europe, and Asia. We prioritize asynchronous communication and documentation but come together as a team to solve hard problems.
This is a build role. Revive has spent seven years earning its reputation through relationships; now it needs a market presence to match. You'll own how we position Convoy's new features and competitive differentiation, and build a demand generation engine to drive a direct pipeline with SMB verticals like home services, legal, auto, and QSR.
You'll take full ownership of events, from vendor negotiation to onsite execution, reset the tone and structure of our website, and bring an informed point of view to our content and social presence.
Own brand strategy and positioning across the full Convoy portfolio: elevate its presence in the market and sharpen messaging as we ship new features, including the performance-signal capability and business scorecards Own competitive differentiation and ongoing market research, keeping our positioning current and sharp as Convoy's feature set expands and the competitive landscape shifts Maintain brand and messaging standards for the existing platform-referred business (collateral, one-sheets, decks) as a secondary priority, with primary focus on the new SMB motion
Build and run the engine that generates net-new pipeline directly with SMB verticals: target account lists, outbound strategy, campaign calendar, and content that supports each stage Build out the inbound side of the funnel, paid media, SEO/SEM, and email/lifecycle marketing, so Revive isn't dependent on outbound alone to fill the pipeline.
Decide case by case whether to build each channel in-house or bring in specialist support Manage the existing Clay outbound contractor through the transition, and as the outbound motion scales beyond its current single-rep scope, evaluate whether a contractor or an in-house hire best fills the role Build and run win-back campaigns targeting churned accounts in partnership with sales
Land press coverage and bylined articles that build Revive's credibility in new verticals, and create PR moments around major feature launches or milestones. This is about earned media placements, not running a full, always-on PR program Source and manage freelance PR support as needed to place stories, rather than retaining a full-service agency
Research and deliver a recommended event calendar each year, a shortlist spanning platform-partner events and vertical-specific SMB events, ranked by audience fit, cost, and expected pipeline impact, for leadership to choose from Own event strategy end-to-end on the events selected: vendor selection and contract negotiation, budget, and logistics Represent Revive credibly in vendor negotiations and, where needed, hire and manage an on-site events team to handle floor execution
Reset the tone, positioning, and structure of the website; direct outside development resources to execute the rebuild Set creative direction for the contracted designer, who produces visuals against Revive's existing brand templates Own the standards for collateral, one-sheets, and sales presentations
Set strategy and voice for LinkedIn and other channels, grounded in real fluency in Amazon DSP, programmatic, and CTV. Content should reflect informed points of view, not be explained to you article by article Direct AI-assisted content production rather than personally executing every post
Own and build the marketing budget: propose the initial allocation across demand generation, events, content, and brand, evolve it as the function scales, and provide leadership with the rationale and expected outcomes behind spend and trade-offs Build the business case for new spend, including converting the Clay contractor to an in-house hire and any additional headcount, tools, or vendor investment
Forecast pipeline contribution from marketing-driven channels and report performance against those forecasts Partner with RevOps/HubSpot to build the reporting infrastructure that ties marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and churn win-back Present regular performance updates to the CRO, explaining variance and recommending where to double down or pull back
Partner with RevOps/HubSpot day to day on lead scoring, routing rules, and database hygiene so marketing-sourced leads convert efficiently once they hit the CRM Partner with sales on win-back campaigns, target account selection, and messaging that reflects what's actually landing in the field Partner with customer success and account management to understand churn drivers and inform win-back positioning
Direct the contracted designer's output. Build the business case for additional marketing headcount if and when the demand generation motion justifies it; no additional headcount is currently budgeted or planned
Net-new pipeline and revenue sourced from marketing-driven channels: outbound, paid, organic, events, and content Win-back rate on churned accounts Event-sourced pipeline relative to cost Forecast accuracy on marketing-sourced pipeline Marketing spend efficiency, cost per pipeline dollar, across channels Growth in external visibility: press placements, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership presence A website and brand presence that reflects where Revive is headed, not where it started Speed to market on GTM launches tied to new Convoy features and new verticals 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with direct ownership of demand generation and pipeline, not just brand or content Fluency in adtech, programmatic, or CTV, ideally from an agency, DSP, or media company background.
You should arrive already conversant in the space Experience shaping go-to-market for feature launches, product repositioning, or vertical expansion Experience owning a marketing budget with P&L accountability and running multi-channel demand generation, spanning paid, organic, email, and outbound, not just one or two channels A track record of building PR or communications programs and forecasting and reporting marketing performance to leadership Comfortable negotiating vendor contracts and managing external teams, including event staff, web developers, and designers Experience hiring and managing a lean team Comprehensive healthcare including medical, vision & dental benefits covered at 100% for employees and 50% for dependents We're fully Remote and offer a remote working stipend Flexible PTO
