About the Role

Join the engineering team at a growth-stage fintech company building software for mortgage servicing. In this senior, backend-leaning role, you will own features end-to-end and help build reliable systems that support complex financial workflows.

What You'll Do

Own product features from design through implementation and production delivery.

Build and scale backend systems for high-volume mortgage transactions.

Use AI coding tools in daily development, with human review of production code.

Design infrastructure that supports complex regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with product and platform teams based on team needs.

What We're Looking For

Three to ten years of backend-leaning software engineering experience, with experience at product-focused, high-growth technology companies.

Strong data structures and algorithms fundamentals, including the ability to solve problems without AI assistance.

Experience designing large-scale distributed systems.

Proficiency with Python, React, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.

Daily experience using AI coding tools such as Copilot or Cursor.

Strong computer science fundamentals and a clear career progression appropriate to your experience.

Mortgage servicing or related fintech experience is relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $210,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
