MedInsight is seeking a Technical Product Manager with a platform engineering focus to join our team of engineers, designers, and product managers to build robust, scalable healthcare analytics and AI products. This role will help shape the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of shared platform capabilities that enable product and engineering teams to build, ship, and operate MedInsight solutions more efficiently, reliably, and securely.
The Technical Product Manager will serve as a bridge between platform engineering teams, application product teams, leadership and clients to ensure stakeholders remain aligned on Product vision, roadmap, priorities, and platform adoption goals. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with high attention to detail, technical fluency, and experience translating engineering needs and operational pain points into clear product requirements, measurable outcomes, and prioritized platform investments.
As a Technical Product Manager, this professional will leverage their expertise in platform-oriented product management to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the shared platform capabilities throughout MedInsight’s ecosystem.
They will be integral to all phases of the product development lifecycle and will work alongside Product, Platform Engineering, Data and Application Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to strengthen the platform foundations that support scalable, reliable, and transparent product delivery.

The overall salary range for this role is $104,900 - $199,065.
A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc. This role is ideally based in Seattle, Washington, but remote work within the United States will be considered.
