What You’ll Be Doing
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HR
department by creating a positive associate experience through recruitment,
onboarding, employee support, and engagement initiatives. This role assists with
maintaining employee records, coordinating training, supporting payroll and
benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and
employment regulations.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about people
and hospitality. This position plays an important role in fostering a welcoming
workplace culture where associates feel valued, supported, and empowered to
deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What Is Required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- 1+ year of Human Resources, administrative, or hospitality experience
preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage
multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and
approachable demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee
information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems
preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with associates and leaders in a fast-paced
hotel environment.
- Passion for hospitality and creating a positive associate experience.
