As Substation Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in both project delivery and business growth by:
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of substation engineers Building strong relationships with utility, renewable energy, and industrial clients Supporting the successful delivery of substation projects from planning and design through construction support Providing technical oversight and QA/QC Partnering with regional leadership to grow the business and identify new opportunities Helping drive technical excellence, quality, safety, and innovation across projects Leading recruitment, career development, and team engagement initiatives Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across AECOM's Energy practice

BS/BA +12 years of related experience with at least 4 years of experience acting in a leadership or practice-building capacity or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education
PE
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required
Extensive experience in substation engineering A passion for developing people and building strong teams Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience managing projects, clients, and technical teams A commitment to quality, safety, and client success PE in multiple states Don't meet every qualification?
