The Regional VP of Sales is responsible for driving results and ensuring excellence in pipeline management, process adoption, and organizational capability in strategic negotiation and deal execution. As a senior leader of the sales management team, you will lead a team of Account Directors selling our fully integrated platform of risk and compliance solutions and services into our largest customer accounts.

While our preference is for candidates located in or near Charlotte, NC or Houston, TX, we are also open to remote candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zones to best support our Southeast region. What you’ll do
Establish a high-performing organization by embedding strong pipeline management discipline across all levels
Drive consistency and scale through enterprise-wide process adoption and operational excellence
Build leadership capability in strategic negotiation, deal inspection, and execution rigor
Align go-to-market strategy with evolving customer and market needs
Ensure accurate forecasting and performance visibility across the business
Develop, enable and retain high-performing leaders and teams
What you’ll bring
8+ years of relevant sales experience in the enterprise software industry, including 5+ years of leading people
Proven track record in developing and leading successful sales teams and building a thriving team culture, including managing disciplined activity management
Strong business management skills and a track record of understanding successful sales methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Sales Navigator)
Strong leadership and consensus building skills to build strong cross-functional relationships
Quantitative analytical skills, including pipeline management and forecasting

The starting pay for this role is $200,000 and the target variable pay for this role is $150,000. Target variable pay is based on individual achievement factors and is not guaranteed...
