Remote SVP of Engineering → Remote Senior Engineering Executive

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Engineering to lead and scale the engineering organization in a remote, US-based role.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Engineering Delivery: Oversee product delivery, set commitments, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Operating Model: Standardize workflows, improve delivery predictability, and establish organizational rhythms.
• AI PDLC Enablement: Operationalize AI-driven development workflows, automation, and validation processes.
• Quality Engineering: Evolve QA into a structured quality function, owning test coverage and defect feedback.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Enhance deployment processes, build DevOps capabilities, and improve efficiency.
• Platform Engineering: Centralize platform teams to amplify product development.
• Metrics & Visibility: Define and implement engineering metrics for better decision-making.
• Talent & Performance: Collaborate on hiring, performance management, and leadership development.
• System Improvements: Identify friction points, implement scalable practices, and drive organizational growth.

Qualifications Include

• Proven senior engineering executive experience, ideally leading large, growth-stage SaaS teams.
• Strong technical foundation, with a history of scaling engineering organizations (>150 engineers).
• Experience in AI workflows, DevOps, quality engineering, and system-level improvements.
• Exceptional leadership skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work with executive teams.
• Preferred experience in regulated industries or mission-critical software.
