The Account Executive (AE) is a dynamic individual contributor with a deep understanding of digital advertising technology, strategic business operations, and the ability to build trusted relationships. The AE envisions, creates, and executes business strategies that align the evolving ecosystems of our most complex partnerships with Fluency’s platform capabilities.
working closely with the internal account team to seamlessly onboard clients, elevate their digital advertising strategies, and enhance operational efficiency with measurable results. The AE will develop ongoing engagement strategies to ensure value delivery from the C-suite to the client’s executive team, anticipating business needs and acting as a trusted advisor to influence and shape decisions that help existing businesses mature.
Nurture, maintain, and expand relationships with key executive client stakeholders to ensure client and revenue retention Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business environment to include; key objectives, initiatives, and operational challenges.
Educate and consult multi-tiered stakeholders on the potential value of leveraging the Fluency platform to its capacity.
Identify revenue opportunities, manage those opportunities through the sales process, and grow assigned portfolios to meet growth targets.
Quarterly business reviews and planning sessions.
Develop opportunities for speaking engagements and thought leadership within the Client’s organization.
Engage with cross-functional teams to communicate client feedback, create solutions, and manage client expectations.
Develop account-based strategic vision to drive client sentiment and account growth.
Maintain and build knowledge of all Advertising Platforms, Advanced Analytics, and AdTech/MarTech
7+ years of account management experience with a preference for SaaS and major/enterprise level experience.
Expertise in Digital Advertising including SEM, Social and Display.
Experience communicating with C-Level executives.
Strong project management and strategy development skills.
Strong track record of revenue growth from an existing client base.
Exceptional communication, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and confident presentation abilities.
A technical mindset in understanding dynamic advertising.
Passion and expertise collaborating with peers.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time A drive for success Fluency pays all employees based on U.S. nationwide averages for each role, designed to ensure pay equity. This is a full-time, remote position that requires legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation for this role includes a base pay range determined by job-related skills, experience, and knowledge, PLUS uncapped performance-based sales commission. The estimated total target earnings (On-Target Earnings / OTE) for this role will be discussed during the initial interview phase.
This role is also eligible for equity options and a comprehensive benefits package including:
