Entry-Level Marketing Promotions Assistant

Our team is growing, and we're hiring Entry-Level Marketing Promotions Assistants to support exciting live marketing campaigns and community events. In this fully in-person role, you'll work directly with consumers at promotional events, helping create memorable brand experiences while developing valuable communication and marketing skills. No previous marketing experience is needed. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support so you can succeed from your first day and continue growing within our organization.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing Promotions Assistant, you'll play an active role in bringing marketing campaigns to life by engaging with customers and representing our clients in a professional, energetic manner.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include

Welcome and engage with customers at promotional events and community activations

Share information about featured products, services, and current marketing campaigns

Answer questions and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer support

Help create a positive, interactive experience for event attendees

Assist with event setup, promotional displays, and campaign organization

Support the execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish

Build brand awareness through face-to-face customer interactions

Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and client objectives

Maintain a polished, professional image while representing the company

Contribute to a fun, energetic, and customer-focused event environment
