Remote Senior Tech Product Manager - Analytics

Role Overview: The Senior Technical Product Manager will oversee the Analytics suite, including Data Services, Analytics Studio, Report Center, and Data Transporter. They will define product strategy, prioritize features, and lead development to deliver scalable, reliable analytics tools that leverage conversational data for actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities: Develop a clear product vision, manage the product roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success. They will define KPIs, ensure data quality, and translate data requirements into technical specifications to enhance analytics capabilities, including AI/ML-driven insights and data pipelines.

Qualifications & Skills: 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS analytics, strong understanding of data warehousing, BI tools, and cloud infrastructure. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential, along with experience working with enterprise clients and a passion for innovative data solutions.

Scope & Focus: The role covers report creation, data ingestion, and AI-powered conversational insights, ensuring a seamless user experience and high data integrity. The position emphasizes delivering impactful, self-service analytics tools for internal and external users.
