About the Role

Join the product team at an industrial operations AI company, owning strategy across a staffing marketplace and an agentic AI platform. You will work with engineering, design, data, machine learning, and operations teams to build practical products for customers and workers in industrial environments.

What You'll Do

Set product strategy for staffing and marketplace workflows, as well as AI agent capabilities.

Balance user needs, operational realities, technical constraints, and business outcomes when solving complex problems.

Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineering and machine learning teams to deliver them.

Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency.

Design agents that understand context, orchestrate tools, make decisions, and complete work within customer workflows.

Prototype and validate ideas with customers, then launch and iterate products across regions and operating environments.

Use data to identify patterns and define evaluation frameworks that improve product reliability and performance.

Develop internal tools and communicate product decisions clearly across technical and operational teams.

What We're Looking For

Three to ten years of product management experience owning complex products at fast-growing startups, with measurable business results.

Experience shipping products with speed and navigating ambiguity and cross-functional challenges.

Strong technical skills, including writing SQL queries, and confidence using AI tools such as Claude in your workflow.

Experience across marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, recruiting, logistics, supply chain, or other products serving non-technical users.

Experience building agentic AI products is valuable, along with strong technical or computer science fundamentals.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
