The Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations

  • Sales Partnership serves as the strategic Revenue Operations partner to assigned Sales leadership, owning analytical insight generation, operating rhythm, and execution rigor across an assigned segment of the organization. This role ensures the revenue operating system functions effectively by translating strategy into measurable execution, proactively identifying risk, and reinforcing disciplined, data-driven decision-making across the field.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the analytical and operational thought partner to assigned Sales leadership, participating in forecast reviews, business reviews, and quarterly planning cycles. Translates executive Revenue Operations priorities into clear, actionable guidance for Sales leaders and ensures alignment on shared definitions, trusted data, and standardized inspection frameworks.
  • Owns pipeline health analysis for assigned segments, including coverage ratios, stage velocity, aging, slippage, and conversion patterns. Enforces standardized pipelines definitions and qualification criteria maintains early-warning indicators to surface risk ahead of forecast misses, and partners with Sales leadership to shift from reactive forecast adjustments to proactive pipeline management.
  • Delivers decision-oriented analysis on pipeline quality, new account acquisition efficiency, average order value trends, win rates, and sales cycle lengths. Creates and maintains dashboards and reports that are actionable, consistent, and aligned to core Revenue Operations system metrics.
  • Analyzes new account acquisition performance by segment, channel, and go-to-market motion. Partners with Sales and Marketing Operations to improve ICP fit, routing efficiency, and conversion effectiveness, and provides Sales leaders with visibility into how field execution impacts long-term unit economics.
  • Monitors compensation outcomes across assigned sales regions and segments, analyzing whether applicable plan structures are driving intended sales behaviors and identifying potential performance gaps or anomalies. Surfaces findings and escalates observations to Revenue Operations and Finance stakeholders for review and action.
  • Reinforces standardized operating cadences and inspection rhythms across assigned segments. Proactively identifies sources of friction across processes, tools, and data, and recommends simplifications that increase execution velocity.
  • Contributes to capacity modeling, scenario planning, and cross-functional go-to-market alignment initiatives. Partners with Revenue Operations leadership to support broader program development and operational improvement efforts.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent), required.
  • 8+ years of related experience, required.
  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics, required.
  • Experience directly supporting Sales leadership at the Director level or above, required.
  • 10+ years of related experience, preferred.
  • Experience working as a Sales leader and/or selling to SMBs, preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical ability, including advanced proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and quantitative problem-solving, with the capacity to synthesize complex, multi-source data into clear, decisive conclusions for executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated success improving revenue predictability or go-to-market execution within a SaaS or recurring-revenue business model.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting methodologies and sales capacity planning frameworks, with working knowledge of pipeline management principles.
  • Sophisticated communicator with the ability to navigate complex cross-functional relationships and influence senior stakeholders, including Sales leadership, through data and insight rather than formal authority, while preserving trust and productive working relationships.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor others, establish team priorities, and foster collaboration.
  • Systems-oriented thinker with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and the ability to identify performance patterns across complex, interconnected functions.
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.

Pay Transparency

The base salary for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
