The National Account Executive is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-value national accounts while identifying new business opportunities that align with BELLA+CANVAS’ long-term growth strategy. This individual will serve as a strategic business partner to customers, leveraging deep market insights, strong commercial acumen, and a solution-oriented approach to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer partnerships.
This role requires a highly collaborative sales professional who can work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, product development, planning, and customer experience to deliver best-in-class service and results.
The National Account Executive position is ideal for a consultative sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong executive-level relationships, and is passionate about growing market share through thoughtful account strategy and execution.
Own and grow relationships across assigned national accounts and strategic channel partners Develop and execute annual account business plans aligned to revenue, margin, and market share objectives Build multi-level customer relationships, including executive, merchandising, and operational stakeholders Identify whitespace opportunities and drive penetration across product categories and business segments Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Proactively identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted prospecting Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial strategy conversations Partner with leadership to execute national sales initiatives and channel growth strategies Analyze account performance, category trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy Translate market insights into actionable recommendations that drive account growth Present business reviews, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders Partner closely with sales leadership, marketing, planning, and sales operations to ensure flawless execution of customer deliverables Collaborate on go-to-market initiatives, product launches, promotional strategies, and customer specific programs Advocate for customer needs while balancing business priorities and operational capabilities Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility through CRM tools Consistently document customer interactions, meeting notes, opportunities and next steps with CRM Track account performance metrics and provide regular business updates to leadership Utilize data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for optimization Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 4-6 years of progressive B2B sales or national account management experience Proven success managing large strategic accounts, preferably within apparel, promotional products, wholesale distribution, or adjacent consumer goods industries Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue goals and growing key customer partnerships Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen Exceptional relationship-building and executive presence Highly consultative selling approach Strong analytical, forecasting, and presentation skills Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence decision-makers Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Experience within premium apparel, fashion, or branded wholesale distribution Existing relationships within major distributors, national decorators, retailers, or strategic channel partners Experience working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
WHAT’S our offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $126,000 - $178,500 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
B+C Remote: Our standard working hours are 9:00-6:00 PST. Periodic travel may be required. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and participating in virtual and in-person meetings. Frequent use of hands for keyboarding and standard office equipment is required.
Occasional standing, walking, and reaching may be needed to attend meetings or collaborate in an office setting. The role requires the ability to perform close visual work on a computer for extended periods. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10–15 pounds.
