VulcanForms is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing within our aerospace & defense (A&D) business unit. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, commercial, production, and customer teams to drive adoption of VulcanForms' A&D business. You will be the voice of this offering to program and technical leaders and create positioning and go-to-market programs that underscore VulcanForms' manufacturing capability and business impact for A&D customers.
This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for VulcanForms' A&D offering, defining positioning and messaging based on customer pain points and competitive landscape Monitor shifts in the market, relevant regulatory or policy changes, and competitor positioning across traditional aerospace and emerging defense-tech sectors Partner with Engineering to translate manufacturing capability into customer value propositions Support launch planning for new capabilities, including collateral creation, sales enablement, and customer engagement activities Create precise technical marketing materials
6+ years in product or solutions marketing, with direct experience in aerospace & defense or an adjacent industrial/manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability to translate technical or manufacturing capability into arguments non-technical decision-makers can act on Experience building positioning and enablement from scratch in a business without established product marketing infrastructure Strong written communicator, able to produce polished, executive-ready materials independently Comfort operating within long, multi-stakeholder program sales cycles, including regulatory and compliance considerations VulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package.
Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, VulcanForms provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; generous paid time off; and a 401(k) plan with company match.
The annual base salary range for this position is $110,400 to $151,800.
