How you'll make an impact: MRP is searching for a passionate and agile Product Packager who consider themselves problem-solvers and excited by challenges and the opportunity to build something great with us. As Product Packager in the Bindery Department, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations team by efficiently organizing and packing finished product. What’s in it for YOU? What will you do in this role? Perform product packaging tasks, which are unique to specific jobs, as assigned. Operate assigned product packaging machines as directed by the supervisor. Strip waste from die cutting operations, inspect die cut pieces for quality, pack and arrange for shipment as required. Use a computer to print labels Assemble outer boxes for packing product into. Organize product packaging supplies. Perform quality checks in full compliance with all requirements of the quality system. What does it take to be successful in this role? Basic
Requirements
Can accept feedback and use it to grow in your position. Basic computer skills or the ability to learn basic skills. Able to read and understand job instructions, including custom job requirements. Excellent endurance to stand and move about the work area all day. Passionate and positive “can do” attitude and loves to solve problems.
Show a willingness to work overtime when the workload makes it necessary. GED or High School Equivalent Preferred
Requirements

The physical requirements and work environment: Physical Demands Standing/Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours per shift).
Lifting/Carrying: Regularly lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Repetitive Motions: Frequent use of hands and arms for machine operation and material handling. Visual/Manual
Requirements
Ability to read gauges, measure materials, and perform quality checks. Environmental Conditions Noise Level: Exposure to moderate to high noise levels; hearing protection provided. Safety Gear: Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and gloves. Other Factors: Occasional exposure to dust, ink, or chemicals used in production.
Schedule & Work Hours Full-time position; standard schedule is Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, with occasional overtime as needed.
