As our Associate Marketing Specialist, you'll be an essential part of the marketing team, ensuring projects, events, and marketing resources are well organized and executed efficiently. You'll work closely with Product Development, Sales, and outside vendors to coordinate marketing activities, manage assets, and support the successful execution of company initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain marketing assets, ensuring materials are organized, up to date, and readily available.
  • Coordinate all aspects of tradeshow and event logistics, including schedules, registrations, booth materials, shipping, vendor communication, and event timelines.
  • Support marketing initiatives by coordinating activities across Product Development, Sales, and other internal departments.
  • Assist with the development, review, ordering, and distribution of marketing materials and promotional items.
  • Track multiple projects simultaneously, monitor deadlines, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain marketing databases, inventory, and other administrative resources that support the marketing team.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with outside vendors.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and follows projects through to completion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt as priorities change.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using project management or marketing platforms is a plus.

SEKISUI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package

The anticipated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$85,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
