As a Product Manager II within Coinbase’s Identity organization and Platform group, you'll own the strategy and execution for enterprise identity and multi-user experiences across Coinbase's business products. This team is responsible for some of the highest-traffic, most security-critical surfaces at Coinbase, including sign-in, authentication, account management, and organization administration.
You'll define how business customers manage users, roles, permissions, and security controls across Coinbase's growing product portfolio, directly shaping how enterprises adopt and scale on our platform.
Own the product roadmap for enterprise identity and multi-user capabilities, including role-based access control, organization management, SSO/SAML, domain claiming, and provisioning (SCIM, JIT).
Drive the strategy for authentication, authorization, and account-security experiences that serve both consumer and business customers at scale.
Lead cross-functional launches by coordinating engineering, design, security, legal, privacy, CX, and international stakeholders through complex delivery milestones.
Partner with Security and Engineering to identify vulnerabilities, define mitigations, and establish operational guardrails for privileged-access workflows.
Shape the long-term platform vision for identity primitives that unlock new business verticals and integrate across Coinbase's custodial product suite.
5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years focused on identity, authentication, enterprise SaaS, or platform products.
Proven track record shipping RBAC, SSO, MFA, or provisioning systems at scale in a B2B or multi-tenant environment.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex security and technical requirements into clear product strategies and intuitive user experiences.
Experience leading launches that span security, privacy, legal, compliance, and customer-support stakeholders.
Fluency in identity protocols and concepts (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, session management, domain ownership) without requiring hands-on engineering ownership.
Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Pay Transparency Notice: Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
