About the Role

Join an AI-focused market research technology company as a senior full-stack engineer. You will improve a production platform that helps organizations generate actionable insights, with a direct connection between your work and user outcomes.

What You'll Do

Own full-stack features from React components and TypeScript interfaces through API design and PostgreSQL schemas.

Partner with non-technical stakeholders and users to define needs, refine requirements, and deliver features end to end.

Build and use AI agents to improve software development workflows and add platform capabilities.

Design and optimize backend services, REST and Socket APIs, and data models as research data grows.

Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to solve user problems and improve existing systems.

What We're Looking For

Eight to fifteen years of full-stack engineering experience, including delivering features from database to user interface.

Deep proficiency with React and TypeScript, plus strong JavaScript and PostgreSQL skills, including complex queries, schema design, and performance optimization.

Experience with production systems, REST or Socket APIs, and technologies such as Node.js, Docker, AWS, and Git.

Practical experience using AI agents to build and maintain software, and the ability to build modern agents.

A bachelor's degree or higher, strong product judgment, and a record of working independently with users and non-technical partners.
