Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000/year (based on experience)

Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking a talented and innovative Regional Foodservice Sales Manager to join our team in our Southwest Region. The Foodservice Sales Manager will be responsible for Foodservice sales on specific accounts as assigned. Working with local brokers, incumbent will manage and maintain sales, forecasts, pricing, and manage inventories for established foodservice accounts. This position will work remotely from a home office and will require extensive travel within the Southwest region and some travel throughout the United States annually.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and manage relationship strategy across assigned key national and regional foodservice accounts.
  • Partner with local broker networks to align execution with PCP’s strategic goals and volume objectives.
  • Leverage internal reporting and market trends to build compelling sales stories, proposals, and presentations.
  • Spot product gaps and present new item solutions tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pricing strategies, accruals, rebates, billbacks, allowances, and deductions.
  • Direct product transitions, private label development, and new item launch seamlessly.
  • Secure customer buy-in to champion PCP programs, priorities, and long-term targets.
  • Travel to visit key markets and build client relationships.

Qualified candidates must have the following experience, education and skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the Foodservice Sales industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred; equivalent professional sales experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage work and travel.
  • Good mathematical skills and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Humility, punctuality, responsiveness, everyday professionalism, and quality work.
  • Ability to travel significantly within the Southwest region and through the United States.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000/year; candidate will be paid based on their work experience and skills.

The base salary range reflects the reasonable expectation for what the company anticipates paying for this role at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on factors including, but not limited to:
