Skribe.ai is an AI Native digital reporting and Deposition Intelligence platform for litigation teams. It replaces much of the traditional court reporting workflow by capturing depositions and other legal testimony, generating searchable transcripts quickly, and using AI to help attorneys find key moments, identify contradictions, summarize testimony, and create video clips.
As Head of Product, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy that drives the company forward in a fast-moving legal technology market. This is a high-impact, highly visible role at the intersection of AI, audio technology, and litigation workflow - working directly with leadership, engineering, and clients to build products people are genuinely excited to use.

Proven experience as a senior product leader — Head of Product, Director of Product, or equivalent — with a track record of shipping and scaling complex software products Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end product roadmaps, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with engineering teams on prioritization, scoping, and technical tradeoffs Experience in client-facing product roles — comfortable speaking directly with customers to validate direction and gather meaningful feedback Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure product thinking in a fast-moving, early-stage or growth-stage company environment Familiarity with AI-powered products, audio/transcription technology, or workflow tools is strongly preferred
Background in legal technology, litigation support, court reporting, or adjacent verticals Experience at companies operating at the intersection of audio, AI, and enterprise workflows Exposure to competitive players in the digital deposition or legal transcription space
Own the product strategy at a company redefining how litigation teams capture and act on testimony — a large, underserved market with real urgency Competitive compensation ranging from $180,000 to $250,000 Work fully remote with a leadership team that values speed, client impact, and product craft Join at a pivotal stage where your roadmap decisions will directly shape the company's trajectory Collaborate with a focused, senior team where your voice carries weight and your work is visible from day one
