Job Title: Associate Product Manager - Remote
Location: Remote - United States
Employment Type: FT W2
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annual
CareTalk Health is a fully remote, nationwide virtual medical practice. We partner with Medicare Advantage plans to deliver Annual Wellness Visits and close care gaps, reaching members wherever they are. We believe virtual care isn't a compromise — it's care delivered the way patients actually want it. Our job is to make that experience simple, reliable, and human.
We're looking for a curious, organized, and hands-on Associate Product Manager to build the products and tools that power our virtual care model. As an early-stage company, this role sits at the center of how we build, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the technology team, clinical operations, marketing, and leadership across the entire product lifecycle.
You will be in hands on, helping shape what we build and why, turning ideas and feedback into clear requirements, and keeping initiatives moving from discovery through launch and iteration. It's an ideal role for someone with a few years of product experience who wants real ownership and room to grow alongside the company.
Partner across technology teams, clinical operations, marketing, and leadership throughout the full product lifecycle — from early discovery through launch and ongoing iteration.
Translate business goals, user needs, and stakeholder input into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support the product roadmap by helping prioritize work, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned on what's coming and why.
Conduct user and customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
Gather, organize, and analyze product data; help define and monitor success metrics for the initiatives you support.
Coordinate day-to-day execution — participate in sprint planning, write and groom tickets, and help unblock the team to keep delivery on track.
Collect feedback from customers, clinical teams, sales, and customer success, and channel it into the product process.
Document workflows, decisions, and processes to keep a fast-moving, cross-functional team organized and aligned.
Contribute to go-to-market efforts in partnership with marketing and customer-facing teams.
1 year of experience in product management or a closely related role (e.g., product analyst, business analyst, program coordinator, or comparable cross-functional experience).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and functions.
Strong written and verbal communication and excellent organizational skills.
Comfort making data-informed decisions and working with product and analytics data.
Familiarity with agile development practices and common product management tools.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in healthcare, digital health, or virtual care.
Background in a startup or high-growth environment where roles are broad and ambiguity is the norm.
Exposure to B2B or healthcare products or services products.
Hands-on familiarity with tools like Figma, Microsoft Project and Office or similar.
CareTalk Health is a fast-growing telehealth organization that delivers high-quality virtual care at scale. This role offers the opportunity to shape contractor operations, influence performance outcomes, and support innovative care models across a nationwide clinical workforce.
CareTalk Health is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
