We’re hiring a Senior Data Engineer to help treat data as a product at Granum. This role is responsible for building and operating trusted data products, governed datasets, and durable platform workflows that power analytics, AI, and operational decision-making across the company. You’ll help make data easier to trust, use, and scale by improving the systems, guardrails, and platform patterns that turn raw data into reliable products for teams across Granum.
We expect engineers on this team to own outcomes end to end. That means identifying gaps early, driving decisions, communicating clearly, and delivering complete solutions rather than stopping at partial implementation.
We value simple, durable platform patterns over unnecessary complexity. We use automation aggressively to reduce repetitive work, improve consistency, and increase team leverage.
Agentic development is a team expectation. This role is expected to adopt and contribute to agentic workflows as part of standard engineering practice.
