We are seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to own the storage product portfolio within the Edge Fabric Services organization. Reporting to the Director of Product Management
The ideal candidate is a deep subject matter expert in enterprise storage — with strong knowledge of market trends, vendor ecosystems, and customer solutions — who can partner closely with engineering and specialized sales teams to bring differentiated, market-ready storage services to enterprise customers. Hands-on familiarity with NetApp and Commvault solutions and architecture is highly valued.
The Main Responsibilities
Define and own the product strategy vision and multiyear roadmap for enterprise storage offerings within Edge Fabric Services Identify and evaluate market opportunities customer pain points and competitive positioning in the enterprise storage space Develop business cases pricing strategies and go-to-market frameworks for new and existing storage products Prioritize the product backlog and roadmap based on customer value revenue potential and engineering feasibility
Serve as the product organizations subject matter expert on enterprise storage technologies trends and vendor solutions Monitor and analyze the enterprise storage market including key players NetApp Pure Storage Dell EMC HPE and others emerging architectures and customer adoption patterns Translate market insights into product positioning and feature requirements that differentiate Lumens storage services Stay current on storage trends including NVMe all-flash arrays hybrid cloud storage software defined storage object storage and AI driven data management
Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to translate product requirements into scalable reliable storage service designs Author clear and detailed Product
Documents PRDs user stories and acceptance criteria Participate in Agile sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to ensure alignment between product vision and engineering execution Identify and proactively manage technical dependencies risks and delivery blockers
Work directly with specialized sales teams to develop sales plays technical collateral competitive battle cards and product training materials Support customer engagements solution design discussions and proof of concept initiatives for storage services Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements and roadmap decisions Collaborate with Marketing on positioning messaging and demand generation for storage offerings
Lead end-to-end launch planning for new storage products and features including readiness across sales operations and support Define success metrics and KPIs for storage product launches and ongoing portfolio performance Coordinate cross functional readiness across legal finance operations and customer success teams
Own key product performance metrics including revenue customer adoption margin and customer satisfaction Track and report on KPIs such as; Storage revenue growth and product profitability, Customer adoption and retention rates, Time-to-market for new features and services and Sales pipeline contribution and attach rates
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field 6+ years of experience in product management, with demonstrated expertise in enterprise storage, infrastructure, or related technology domains Deep knowledge of the enterprise storage market, including technology trends, solution architectures, and competitive landscape Proven ability to partner with engineering teams on complex infrastructure products using Agile methodologies Experience working with or supporting specialized sales teams in a technical capacity Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce executive-ready presentations and detailed technical requirements Experience developing business cases, pricing models, and financial projections
Hands-on knowledge of NetApp solutions and architecture (ONTAP, StorageGRID, Cloud Volumes, etc.) Familiarity with storage integration patterns in hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and edge environments Experience with storage technologies including all-flash arrays, NVMe, object storage, SAN, NAS, and software-defined storage Background in telecommunications, managed services, or cloud service provider environments Experience with solution selling motions or customer-facing technical roles (pre-sales, solutions architecture, etc.) MBA or advanced technical degree
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$132,232 - $150,310 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY $138,844 - $158,124 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI $145,456 - $165,940 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
