We are looking for a Data Analyst, Neurodiverse Solutions to analyze, reconcile, and cleanse data, and compile reports on data accuracy. The Data Analyst, Neurodiverse Solutions will look for data anomalies; identify potential match and automation areas. The Data Analyst will work under the supervision of a Team Lead, allowing them to gain hands on knowledge of best practices in Data Analytics while supporting client needs.
This position will be full-time and remote.
This opportunity exists within CAI’s Neurodiverse Solutions business unit, all candidates in consideration of positions within CAI’s Neurodiverse Solutions must be able to self-disclose that they identify as neurodivergent.

Perform data analysis, reconciliation, cleansing and reporting on the level of data quality Collaborate with team on data quality activities that support key compliance and regulatory processes Perform data discovery, profiling, and root cause analysis on high priority data matching Partner with various source system experts to understand their data and how it flows through the companies' proprietary data ecosystems, to help drive improvements in quality Perform high level data queries, data collection and reporting processes
Post-secondary education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field Ability to ask for directives and tools to successfully perform role requirements Ability to work in a team environment and support others in the completion of assigned work Able to work independently in a remote environment to complete requests as requested Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via verbal and written communication Ability to learn and operate several systems simultaneously Adept with Windows and web applications
Experience performing data Cleansing, data profiling/matching, and root cause analysis
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
